External loadhouses are an economical and ergonomic alternative to conventional loading bays inside a warehouse. This versatile solution can be used for all types of dock levellers and dock seals and is suitable for both new builds and existing facilities. It is possible to adapt the loadhouse to different customer requirements, to thermally insulate the bay, to line up several loadhouses with common structural elements or to position them at an angle to the building. Loadhouses allow dock levellers to be used if it is not possible to install them in a hall.
