INTENDED USE

The innovative Energy Saving System (ESS), which is used on the AMTRV-ESS swing lip dock levellers, is designed to reduce the energy costs for heating the hall or cooling the cold store. Unlike standard docks where the driver has to open the trailer doors before docking, with the ESS system this process takes place after docking, which has an impact on driver safety and eliminates the risk of accidents.

Operation of the control after the vehicle has docked is by adjusting the levelling flap on the vehicle trailer accordingly, using a four-button control with AUTO-RETURN function.

standard to a pre-prepared socket with a step for the door, hardware according to the manufacturer's guidelines.

·         The access platform is made of 8/10 mm thick chequered plate, reduced relative to level 0.

NOTE: height adjustable wheel stops are recommended for the ESS system - “ESS wheel stop” available under the wheel stops tab
